Thank you so much for your interest in our services -  we have closed our books for the rest of 2021 and are unable to offer any appointments at the moment.

Talk Heal Grow is a caring, trauma-informed counselling practice. Our specialty is working with distant couples, abuse survivors and distressed people. Subsequently, some of the issues that we work with are:

In addition, we work with general counselling matters. We journey with our clients to help create a pathway to peace, understanding and healing. Furthermore, clients are assisted to manage life better by identifying existing strengths and developing new skills. Most importantly, we help people achieve their goals. Moreover, we want our clients to feel heard and understood.

Katherine Prefol our principal counsellor, is a caring and nurturing therapist. Katherine holds specialist training and qualifications in trauma, relationship counselling and children/teens. We use many different theories and evidence based modalities in our work. For example:
